Partnership for a Healthier Johnson CountyInspiring and empowering you to live a happy, healthy life!
Community wellness is built upon a sustained vision and nurtured by effective leadership, collaboration and action. Today, communities are challenged to do more with less, address increasingly complex problems, encourage self-responsibility and commitment, engage citizens, and educate youth to become stewards of the community.
Since its inception in 1994, Partnership has mobilized thousands of citizens and hundreds of organizations to improve the lives of Johnson County residents from “the womb to the tomb!”
The new Healthy Indiana Plan (or “HIP 2.0”) is an affordable health insurance program from the State of Indiana for uninsured adult Hoosiers. The Healthy Indiana Plan pays for medical expenses and provides incentives for members to be more health conscious. The Healthy Indiana Plan provides coverage for qualified low-income Hoosiers ages 19 to 64, who are interested in participating in a low-cost, consumer-driven health care program. Hoosiers with incomes of up to $11,770 annually for an individual, $15,930 for a couple or $24,250 for a family of four are generally eligible to participate in the Healthy Indiana Plan.
It will take each and every one of us to achieve the Partnership's goal to enroll and sustain 100% of eligible Johnson County residents.
2015 Provider to Provider Resource Fair
The 2015 Provider to Provider Resource Fair was a great success. The event provided an opportunity for Partnership Action Team Members to share resources and connect face to face. Members had the chance to network with other providers and learn more about the excellent services available to the residents of Johnson County.
