Pregnant women and children may qualify for free or low cost health insurance through Hoosier Healthwise The new Healthy Indiana Plan (HIP), for adults who qualify, provides coverage for hospital and physician care, prescriptions and more. You may use this checklist to gather the documents you need to submit a complete HIP application. Submitting incomplete applications will delay your opportunity for consideration of coverage.
