Thinking about quitting smoking or chewing?
THERE IS FREE HELP!
Call the Indiana Tobacco Quitline at 1-800-QUIT-NOW (1-800-784-8669). You will speak with a professional Quit Coach who is an expert at helping people stop using all forms of tobacco. They understand how hard it is to quit, and they are prepared to help you or a loved one make a plan and support you along the way!
Callers also can receive two free weeks of nicotine patches or gum!
You also can talk to your doctor about medications and other support available to make quitting easier. Many are covered by insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid.
